The year 2023 marks the tenth anniversary of the proposal of jointly building the "the Belt and Road". In the process of actively participating in the great cause of jointly building the "the Belt and Road", China's textile industry has given full play to its unique bridging and constructive role. It has not only become the leading industry in China's efforts to promote the "the Belt and Road" construction, but also the preferred livelihood industry for countries and regions along the line to promote industrial development, create national wealth and provide a large number of jobs.

      In 2023, the "the Belt and Road" conference of China's textile industry will also go through a decade of hard work. The conference is held every two years and has been successfully held five times in Beijing (2013), Shanghai (2015), Nanjing (2017), Shengze (2019) in Jiangsu, and Huzhou (2021) in Zhejiang. As the most authoritative and professional industry event with the theme of the international layout of the textile industry and the "the Belt and Road" cooperation, the previous conference not only promoted the international cooperation of the textile industry to go deeper, more practical and more stable, but also built a platform and bridge to link the world.

     On November 2-3, the sixth "the Belt and Road" Conference of China's textile industry will be held in Keqiao, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, to start a new journey together with the industry. As one of the activities of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Commerce to promote the upgrading of textile and clothing supply in 2023, this conference is hosted by the China Textile Industry Federation, and organized by the Textile Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the People's Government of Keqiao District.
