Does the blended fabric pill?
Blended fabrics may pill.
Blended fabrics are made by mixing different types of fibers, and their pilling degree is related to various factors such as the internal ingredients, fiber characteristics, and processing technology of the fabric. For example, in wool blended fabrics, due to the mixture of fibers such as cashmere, polyester, spandex, rabbit hair, etc., some fibers may loosen due to friction and entangle with each other, resulting in hairballs. Especially for polyester, acrylic, and wool blended fabrics, pilling may be more severe. But this does not mean that the quality of blended fabrics is poor, pilling is the result of multiple factors such as the characteristics of the fibers themselves and the way they are worn.
When choosing blended fabrics, attention can be paid to their fiber composition, processing technology, and anti pilling performance to better meet one's own needs. Meanwhile, proper washing and maintenance methods can also effectively reduce the occurrence of pilling.
