The project commissioned Zhejiang Jiuhuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an environmental assessment of the project in November 2017, and on January 19, 2018, it obtained the "About "Examination Opinions on Environmental Impact Report Form of Zhejiang Charming Dyeing and Finishing Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 4000 Tons of Knitted Fabric Renovation Project" (Tong Huan Jian [2018] No. 0016).

The construction content of this project's EIA is: a total investment of 10 million yuan, no new land for the project, and the technical renovation project in the original production workshop of Charming dyeing and finishing. The main content of this renovation project is to adopt foreign advanced technology or technology, introduce 1 high-tech level stenter setting machine, and correspondingly eliminate 1 traditional cloth dryer, and transform existing equipment energy methods to use clean energy. For natural gas, 1 coal-fired steam boiler with 10 tons and 2 heat-conducting oil boilers with 10 tons will be eliminated. 3 sets of setting machines, 3 sets of cloth dryers and 1 set of steaming machines are transformed into medium-pressure steam. The energy supply method is changed. 5 sets of natural gas sizing machines and other domestic equipment. This technical transformation does not increase the production capacity of the entire plant. Through the "coal-to-gas" project, the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction is achieved; at the same time, for the quality requirements, the fabric needs to be shaped multiple times to increase a certain intermediate shaping capacity.

The project has actually invested 12 million yuan. It is located in Fengming Street Industrial Park, Tongxiang City (Zhejiang Charming Dyeing and Finishing Co., Ltd.). It has introduced 1 stenter setting machine and eliminated 1 traditional cloth dryer. There are equipment energy reforms, the use of clean energy natural gas, the elimination of 1 coal-fired steam boiler and 2 heat-conducting oil boilers of 10 tons, and the transformation of the energy supply method to 3 sets of setting machines, 3 sets of cloth dryers, and steam 1 set of chemical machine, 5 sets of setting machines for changing the energy supply mode to natural gas and other domestic equipment. This technological transformation does not increase the production capacity of the whole plant.
